On the 26th of March 2022, Belgrade is joining the international conference WiDS. WiDS Belgrade is an independent event that is organized by Sister Analyst as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University and an estimated 200+ locations worldwide, which features outstanding women doing outstanding work in the field of data science. All genders are invited to attend all WiDS Worldwide conference events.

All genders are invited to attend WiDS regional events, which feature outstanding women within the DS community. WiDS Belgrade welcomes anyone with an interest in DS. The goal is to promote DS, exchange knowledge and create a DS community among women. We are fully inclusive and respectful of LGBT identities and are welcome anyone interested in the field of DS.

Our programme contains robotic workshop for mums and kids and discussions by focusing on diversity and mentorship. The event will be hosted by Isidora Gatarić.

Part I: Robotics for Mums & Kids

10:00 - 12:00 with Anica (Vulović) Pavlović founder at ElektRobot school

Calling up to 40 kids and their mums, aunties, grandmas or older sisters! Join us for this two hour session, and work in pairs to try out 3D design robotics!

12:00 - 13:00 We will end the robotic class with drinks and snacks!
